1. All users of the platform agree to abide by all terms, conditions, rules, policies, and guidelines set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Clients who post projects must accurately describe their project in detail and provide necessary details such as estimated budget and turnaround time. Clients are responsible for clarifying any questions prospective freelancers might have prior to acceptance of a bid.

3. Freelancers must accurately describe their abilities and qualifications required to complete the project successfully. Upon acceptance of a bid, a freelancer must honor his or her commitment to deliver quality work within the agreed upon timeline.

4. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content they post when creating a project is their own original work, or that they have the legal right to use any third-party materials included in their project. Freelancers agree not to use any third-party material without obtaining express permission from the copyright holder.

5. The platform does not condone plagiarism and holds both clients and freelancers accountable for abiding by this policy at all times

6. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all information shared between clients and freelancers on the platform will remain confidential and proprietary to the parties involved

7. All users agree to act professionally and respectfully when communicating with other members of the platform, regardless of their differences in opinion or perspective

8. The platform reserves the right to remove any user who violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice

9. By using this platform, all users hereby release and hold harmless the platform from any and all claims, damages, losses or liabilities arising from use of the service provided by the platform

In addition, these conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the “user”) and the platform, and supersede any prior agreements between you and us on related matters. Should any provision of these terms & conditions be deemed unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions herein. These terms & conditions may be modified from time to time and any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. By using the platform you consent to all applicable terms & conditions contained in this agreement. Continued use shall constitute your acceptance of any revised terms & conditions
