Format the audio to be a 192kbps or higher MP3, Constant Bit Rate (CBR) at 44.1 kHz
Adjust the audio levels to measure between -23dB and -18dB RMS with -3dB peak values and a maximum -60dB noise floor
Ensure there is room tone at the beginning and end, and eliminate extraneous sounds like plosives, mic pops, mouse clicks, breaths, and outtakes
Apply equalization and compression techniques to enhance the quality of the voice
